Create Multiple Partitions on SD Card when install Raspbian on Raspberry
1. Plug in SDCard into computer
2. Write OS image to SDCard use Win32DiskImager tool
3. Create partition that you want to create. Use tool: AOMEI Partition Assistant
I assumme, you want a partition with capacitor 4GB.
Always remember that, you have to create partition at the end point of SDCard.
4. Create empty ssh file on BOOT partition of SDCard
5. Unplug SDCard from computer and Insert to RaspberryPi
6. Connect Ethernet Cable to RaspberryPi
7. Power On RaspberryPi
8. Find IP of RaspberryPi use Advanced IP Scanner tool
9. SSH to RaspberryPi
User:pi
Password:raspberry
10. Control RaspberryPi with as root
sudo -i
11. Find name partition of SDCard. Check partition that you had create in step 3
fdisk -lu
partition you had create in step 3:/dev/mmcblk0p3
//Expand filesystem partition
12. Find name of boot partition and filesystem partition
boot:/dev/mmcblk0p1
filesystem:/dev/mmcblk0p2
13. Remember Start point of filesystem partition
98304
14. Select SDCard partition
fdisk /dev/mmcblk0
15. Delete filesystem partition that you want to expand size
d
2
16. Create filesystem partition again
n
p
2
98304: Value in step 13
Enter if you want to use maximum free space
Do you want to remove the signature? [Y]es/[N]o: N
w
17. Reboot
sudo reboot now
18. Resize filesystem partition to effect change
resize2fs /dev/mmcblk0p2
